2026 – The ANSI/SDI SD-2022 Standard for Steel Deck with Supplement 1 consolidates and extends the coverage of the 2017 editions of the ANSI/SDI RD, NC, and C Standards into a single standard. This Standard has been developed as a consensus document to provide a uniform practice in the design of steel deck used for roof and floor applications. The intention is to provide design criteria for routine use and not to provide specific criteria for infrequently encountered problems, which occur in the full range of structural design.
